Step 1: Check My Availability

Step 3: You'll receive a confirmation email or text.

I will confirm your scheduled 15-min Meet and Greet to meet you and your pet(s) to discuss your pet(s) needs, behavior, services and preferences for care in and out of your home. A $15 initial fee will be charged for my time and travel. This fee will go towards your 1st booked service, if booked within 60 days. 

Step 4: Sign Pet Care Agreement

You will be emailed a pet care agreement form to e-sign prior to services. As an experienced and compassionate pet care professional, I want to make sure to provide you with clear information on my policies up front to provide the best care possible to your pet(s).

Step 5: Create a Time to Pet account to book services

Honey Pals Pet Care uses a pet care software called 

Time To Pet to schedule and approve bookings, streamline communication and payment. With your personalized Client Portal, you can automatically request care services, update pet and personal information, view care schedules, receive invoices, pay automatically through ACH or credit card, send/receive in-app messages with me, and much more.

To activate your account, you'll receive a Welcome email from me with a link to directly activate your account OR you can visit https://www.timetopet.com/portal/honeypalspetcare/create-account, enter your name, email address and phone number, and click “Create an Account."

Once logged in, please update Client and Pet information in the “Pets” and “My Info” sections. Then, click Scheduling to make a service request. All services should be requested through the Time to Pet app and will be reviewed within 24 hours.


If you have questions, visit the Client Portal Help Center or contact me directly for further assistance at aqiyla@honeypalspetcare.com. I can directly access your account to support with any technical problems.

Step 6: Pay & Enjoy Quality Pet Care

A 25% deposit is required for all overnight stays, including multiple day drop-in visits, to make a reservation. All payments are due in full prior to, or at the time of the last visit. Payments can be made directly through the Time to Pet app by credit card or ACH payment. If preferred, you can also pay via cash, check,

electronically through Paypal, Venmo, or CashApp. Please let me know your preferred method of payment


You will be sent photos and written updates through the Time to Pet app on how your pet(s) is doing to keep you in the loop on your pet(s) care.
